4. ID Scanning at Our Venue

When you attend Honeypot Club, we may scan your photographic identification as part of our admission process. We use this information to check your age and identity, manage entry to the venue, and help maintain the safety and security of guests and staff.

The scanner records your name, date of birth, photograph, document number, a copy of the ID, and the date and time of entry. We collect this information for the purposes described above. Access to scan records is restricted to authorised personnel and our ID scanning provider, IDScan.

We rely on our legitimate interests in managing admission and maintaining venue safety for this processing, except where processing is necessary to meet a specific legal obligation.
